1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, including all major cities and surrounding areas. Whether you’re based in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, or Bloemfontein, we’ll get your order to you efficiently.

For remote or rural areas, delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier routes and accessibility.


2. Courier Partners

We work with trusted and reputable courier companies to ensure professional handling and timely delivery. Each shipment is tracked and insured, giving you full visibility and peace of mind from dispatch to arrival.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Orders: 2 – 4 business days for major cities.
  • Outlying Areas: 3 – 7 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
  • Special Orders or Imports: 7 – 14 business days, depending on product availability and supplier timelines.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods.


4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.


5. Shipping Costs

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

  • Standard-sized items (smaller auto parts): Flat-rate or free delivery on qualifying orders.
  • Engines & Gearboxes: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. You’ll receive a full delivery quote before confirming your order.

We also offer free delivery promotions from time to time — follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated.


6. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed and protected to prevent damage during transit. Engines and gearboxes are crated or palletized to ensure stability and safety. Each shipment is inspected and photographed prior to dispatch as part of our quality assurance process.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you:

  • A tracking number
  • The courier company’s details
  • An estimated delivery date

8. Delivery Responsibility

We take full responsibility for your order until it’s safely handed over to the courier. After dispatch, your shipment is insured against loss or damage during transit. However, we encourage customers to inspect deliveries upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any visible issues or discrepancies.


9. Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim for fast, predictable shipping, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Courier network issues
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If such delays happen, our team will keep you informed and ensure your delivery is prioritized.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Fit Engines focuses on domestic South African deliveries. However, we may arrange regional exports on request. Please contact our support team for information regarding international orders, documentation, and freight arrangements.


11. Order Pick-Up Option

Customers who prefer to collect their orders directly are welcome to do so. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with collection details and instructions. Please bring your proof of purchase and ID for verification upon pick-up.
