Toyota Supra 2.5 VVT-i Non-Turbo Petrol Engine (1JZ)

The Toyota 1JZ is a 2.5-liter inline-six cylinder engine produced from 1990 to 2007, featuring DOHC 24 valves and available in naturally aspirated (1JZ-GE) and twin-turbocharged (1JZ-GTE) variants, later including VVTi technology. Key specifications include an 86 mm bore and 71.5 mm stroke, a cast iron block, a 2,492 cc (2.5 L) displacement, and a dual-stage intake manifold in some versions. The 1JZ-GTE model, for example, uses parallel twin-turbochargers and produced around 206 kW (276 hp) and 363 Nm (268 lb-ft) of torque from the factory.
